I am a counselling psychologist registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa, working in the Bryanston area. I hold a Masters degree in Community-Based Counselling Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand.

Prior to qualifying as a psychologist, I worked for a number of years in the human resources field. This work gave me tremendous insight into how people function and inspired my passion to take my psychology studies further in order to work with people in a way that fosters self-growth and improves their relationships with others as well as their ability to lead more fulfilled lives.

In my practice I work with adult individuals and couples as well as teenagers from age 16 upwards. Although my practice is general, I have a special interest in anxiety and depression as well as psychological conditions that are linked to medical issues. My background in human resources has also led to a particular interest in career assessment and guidance.

In addition to my practice, I am passionate about community work and also work part-time for a community-based counselling service.
